Ewan Mason

Mr. Mason has extensive experience in corporate financings, restructuring and advisory work. He has worked as a contract geologist for a number of mining companies. Following receipt of his MBA he was employed by Richardson Greenshields (which was acquired by RBC Dominion Securities), rising to the role of Managing Director with RBC. During his tenure at RBC, Mr. Mason spent two years in London England, initiating global coverage of mining conglomerates around the world. Following his time at RBC, Mr. Mason was recruited by TD Securities to start up and head the re-launch of a mining investment banking team. Clients which Mr. Mason brought to TD in lead relationships include amongst others Xstrata plc, BHP Billiton,Vale, Votorantim, Buena Ventura, IAMGOLD, Gammon Gold, Jaguar Mining, HudBay Minerals, Northgate Minerals, Equinox Minerals, Eurozinc and International Minerals. Since leaving TD, Mr. Mason has served as a director for mining and exploration companies. He is currently the owner, officer and director of private corporations that are engaged in retail, inventory management and personal training and wellness.
Larry Phillips

Mr. Phillips, a lawyer and a co‐founder of IAMGOLD Corp. in 1990, was responsible for directing and managing all international investments, joint ventures and government relationships, helping build IAMGOLD into one of the largest gold mining companies in the world. He has been a member or advisor to numerous boards of directors, and served in senior executive positions with IAMGOLD, Niagara Ventures Corporation and Euro Ressources SA. He has been Director of Compass Gold Corporation since 2012 and President and Chief Executive Officer since 2017. He serves as the President of Corplex Management Services, through which he provides corporate advisory services and directorship to public and private companies. Prior to joining IAMGOLD, he was the managing partner of a Toronto‐based law firm specializing in corporate commercial law. He served as a Board Member of The World Gold Council from 2006 to 2011.
Lisa Riley
Independent Director
Lisa Riley has extensive experience in finance, and advisory work. Her first equity research position was in 1993 with Santander Investment in Argentina. She went on to hold senior roles in equity research and equity sales at Lehman Brothers in New York, and RBC Dominion Securities, and TD Securities in London, England. Lisa has advised as an independent consultant for mining companies, advising on financing strategies, government relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Lisa has advised at several different levels of the Argentine government and has also provided consulting for mining companies operating or planning to operate in Latin America. Lisa has served as a director to several mining companies. She is currently focused on developing investment products to be launched in Argentina.
Marilyn Spink, GCB.D, ICD.D

Marilyn Spink is an award-winning professional engineer having held leadership roles of increasing responsibility managing multi-discipline engineering design teams to deliver complex minerals development projects in North and South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia ranging in value from $US500M to $9B.
With over 16 years of experience as a corporate director, Marilyn is committed to the integration of positive social impact, environmental stewardship, and financial performance in her board oversight roles. Through her impressive engineering achievements, she has consistently strived to engage and develop local communities, build national and local economies, improve companies’ financial performance, tackle complex environmental challenges that preserve the planet and its finite resources, and ensure mine development projects are sustainable long after completion. In 2020, Marilyn was designated as a Certified Sustainability Practitioner and in 2023 she was inducted as a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.
Ms. Spink is a registered Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
